March info -
We have been in novel reading groups, discussing diversity, tolerance and identity. Each class is reading a different novel so ask your students where they are supposed to be at this point and what book they are reading. Study guides are associated with each book except 1st and 7th which are doing a project at the end.

Thursday, Friday, and Monday - we are watching Remember the Titans which is a good example of tolerance and identity. Students have a hand-out with questions that must be answered with information from the movie.

Tuesday - Friday Mar. 9-12 students will be finishing their novels.

Wednesday, Mar 10 is a spelling quiz on Voc. #14 - these are the words
